INTRODUCTION
Grabe Electrical (Pty) Ltd which is located in Kwa-Zulu Natal, Richards Bay was founded by The late Mr E.S. Mthethwa & Mosili Mahlatsi in 2013, after contributing immense effort, intelligence and business acumen into transforming Langa Electrical CC into one of the most well known and respectable electrical engineering firms in Johannesburg.
As the South African business landscape continued to change, The late Mr ES Mthethwa then decided to take a route that is frowned upon and not usually considered, which was to establish another electrical engineering firm and appoint 2 female directors to not only run the company but impart valuable skills and knowledge to them.

MENTORING
The management is made up of 2 individuals namely: • Mosili Mahlatsi • Londeka Mthethwa
Each employee that is contracted within the company whether it is on a permanent or casual period is inducted into the company and receives training & orientation on general business practices, industry standards, health and safety pointers as well as basic computer skills that include document typing and storing. Due to the momentum of the industry, the mentoring would take place either in the field and at the office premise where first-hand knowledge can be gained.
